COUP DE BOEUF ROYALE - Beef consommé with savory custard, diced carrots, and truffle “caviar”.

SAFRON SEA BASS EN PAPILLOTE - Fillet of Sea Bass in a Safron white wine butter sauce and garnished with pomegranate seeds.

PAELLA VALENCIANA - Spanish Safron rice with rabbit sausage, runner beans, peas, and artichoke hearts.

GNOCCHI ALLA PORTOFINO - Pan-seared gnocchi in a smoked paprika red sauce with olive oil bread, flakey salt, EVOO, and balsamic.

U-10 SCALLOP MAQUE CHOUX - Cajun-styled roasted corn succotash with andouille sausage and pomegranate seed garnish.

CRÈME CARAMEL - Sweet vanilla custard dessert covered in caramelized sugar syrup and topped with mint and raspberry.
